π Yards Per Route Run Leaders from 2025
Yards Per Route Run (YPRR): defined as a receiving efficiency metric that measures the average yards a player gains for every route they run, regardless of whether they are targeted.

Move over DK, Aaron Rodgers has a new top target.
Last year was the first time in DK Metcalf's career that he saw fewer than 100 targets, and that came with Calvin Austin as the Steelers' No. 2 option. Now Michael Pittman Jr. enters the picture, and I expect him to lead the team in targets. His ability to win on short and intermediate routes is a better fit for Aaron Rodgers' quick-release style than Metcalf's downfield game.

π Trevor Lawrence back on track to finish Top 10.
Brian Thomas, Jakobi Meyers, and Parker Washington give Trevor Lawrence one of the NFL's most well-rounded wide receiver groups, creating a pass environment that could finally unlock the consistent quarterback play we've been waiting for from him. He's one of my favorite mid-to-late round quarterback targets in fantasy.

π Terry McLaurin could be in for the biggest season of his career.
The Washington Commanders have 171 vacated targets and an NFL-high 13 vacated red zone targets, creating a massive opportunity in David Blough's new offense. If Terry McLaurin and Jayden Daniels stay healthy, look out.

A ton of targets left these teams this offseason. Terry McLaurin, Greg Dulcich, Ladd McConkey, Devonta Smith, Josh Downs and Jayden Reed are set up well to take advantage and have great fantasy seasons. Who else might benefit?

DeVonta Smith's ADP is high (WR13), but there's a reason for it. The man can flat-out play.
In games without A.J. Brown, the former Heisman Trophy winner has averaged roughly 10 targets per game, showing he can command elite volume. For the first time since his rookie season, Smith enters the year as Jalen Hurts' top receiving option. He already has a Top-15 fantasy finish on his rΓ©sumΓ©, and 2026 has all the makings of another. If the volume holds, he has everything it takes to finish as a top-10 fantasy wide receiver.
