I will be volunteering at Amy James Recreational center in Charlotte basketball and football training and other things as well.

Football season is here for extra training and conditioning give me a call, text or email.

I will be at Arcade Park tomorrow at 10 am

If you are in the Rock Hill SC area I will be providing conditioning training Saturday's start time 10:00 am everything is free of charge water and sports drinks are included call, text or email me or visit the website.

Because of work there will be no training Saturday but please if you would like to get training for your student athlete I encourage you to call or email and I will get back to you ASAP.

Because of the weather in the heat index is so hot our training will start at 10:00 in the morning Saturday if it does not rain or if I have to work I will still be at the field at 10:30 but if it rains there will be no training.
