I used to cook for a living. I could make anything for anyone… except myself out of the hole I'd dug.
80 pounds overweight. Knees and back arguing with me every morning. Blood sugar all over the place. The guy who fed everyone else couldn't get his own plate right.
Here's what finally worked, and it wasn't a diet: I learned to time my food, build my plate, and cook in a way I could actually keep up for life.
It changed everything for me, and I wanted to help other people do the same the right way. So I got certified as a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and CrossFit coach and paired it with everything I already knew about real food.

7 weeks old and came home last night

Meet Jessica. 101.4 pounds down in 9 months.
