With 45+ classes a week to choose from, you have found your yoga home with us! We have classes ranging from basic yoga, deep stretch, hot yoga, power yoga, ashtanga and universal. We are the only studio in the Carolinas that has been certified to teach the Universal style of yoga as well as teaching a double mat class. We have a variety of $7 classes throughout the week to satisfy everyone's budget.

Join Shari this week at a new yoga studio Dream Yoga and Wellness! In addition to what is listed below - this week Shari is also offering a 6:00 pm non-heated class on Wednesday and a beginner class Sunday at 3:00 pm (free of charge). All Dream & Relieve classes are non-heated. This new studio offers a holistic approach to mental health and is a stunning place to practice. Both heated and non-heated classes offered.
