Did you know we offer our Competitive Company dancers the opportunity to take their weekly classes right here at our Charleston location?! 🤩💜

This is HUGE for families in the Charleston area who are looking for more than just a traditional dance class. If you’ve ever thought about competitive dance for your child, this is something to keep in mind when choosing your studio!

✨ So, what exactly is competitive dance?

Our Competitive Company is designed for dancers ages 4–18 who are ready for more focused training, more opportunities, and an incredible amount of growth throughout the season.

Competitive dancers receive training in:
• Acrobatics
• Ballet
• Tap
• Jazz
• Contemporary
• Hip Hop
• Conditioning
• Flexibility
• Choreography

Missing just a few of our dancers, but we couldn’t wait to introduce this incredible group! We are SO excited for everything this season has in store.

New goals. New choreography. New memories. And a whole lot of hard work ahead. 🔥

We are ready to watch these dancers push themselves, grow in confidence, support one another, and take the stage together all season long. There is something so special about this group, and we have a feeling this year is going to be one to remember.

✨ MEET THE INSTRUCTOR — MS. JESSICA ✨

Meet Jessica, one of our amazing Tumbling coaches! 💜

Jessica grew up with a passion for cheerleading, beginning her journey as a school cheerleader before eventually competing in All Star Cheer. Her love for the sport grew into a passion for teaching and coaching the next generation.

She began learning the art of coaching at Buckeye Gymnastics and Buckeye Cheer Elite in Columbus, Ohio, where she gained valuable experience working with athletes and developing her coaching skills.

With a background rooted in both athletics and performance, Jessica is excited to bring her experience, energy, and love for working with kids into the dance world! 🩰✨

✨ MEET THE INSTRUCTOR — MS. MOLLY ✨

Meet Molly Price, one of our children’s class instructors! 💜

Molly’s Spotlight story is extra special — she was one of the original dancers at Spotlight when our doors first opened, and now she’s back where her dance journey began, teaching our next generation of little dancers! 🥹✨

Molly continued dancing throughout school as a member of the Hayes Dance Team and Saint Albans High School Dance Team.

She holds a degree in Early Childhood Development & Education and an ECCAT certification, with more than 10 years of experience working with children from newborn through school age, including four years in Pre-K education.

Molly is also a proud mom to Aiden, Addison & Benjamin. 💕

With her background in early childhood education and lifelong love for dance, Ms. Molly creates a fun, encouraging environment where our littlest dancers can build confidence, learn new skills, and fall in love with dance! 🩰💜

We are SO excited to have Ms. Molly back home at Spotlight! ✨
