Please help us give a BIG Centered congratulations to Kathryn Pinto, who officially joined our Century Club this morning in Annette’s 8:15 class! 🎉

Kathryn started Lagree with us in September 2025, and less than a year later, here we are celebrating 💯!

A busy mom of two and a Nurse Practitioner, Kathryn has found a routine that works beautifully for her life. After kid drop-off, you’ll usually find her shaking with us at 8:15 on Wednesdays and Fridays, with the occasional Monday thrown in for good measure.

And one of our favorite parts? Lagree is a family affair. Kathryn often takes class alongside her mom, Terry Potesta. There is just something extra special about watching a mother and daughter get stronger together.

100 classes in less than a year takes consistency, commitment and a whole lot of shakes, and Kathryn has certainly earned this milestone.

Kathryn, we are SO happy you found your way to Centered and so grateful you’ve made us part of your weekly routine. Congratulations on your first 100! We have a feeling there are many, many more ahead.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at one of our instructors in training working through Skating with a Twist on the Megaformer.

At Centered, every Lagree instructor is trained in-house by Amy Teter — SENIOR MASTER TRAINER LAGREE FITNESS + Studio Owner, one of only 8 Global Senior Master Trainers for Lagree Fitness in the world. That means before an instructor ever hits our schedule, they’ve spent hours learning, practicing, cueing, refining and understanding not just what to teach, but how to teach it well.

A BIG congratulations to our Summer Grand Prize Winner, Christy Bly! 🎉

All summer long, you all showed up, stayed consistent and filled those Challenge cards! Everyone who completed a card in June, July or August earned an entry into our Summer Grand Prize drawing, and Christy’s name was the lucky one pulled!

She’s taking home a FREE 10-Class Pack to keep that summer momentum going right into fall.

But truly, the biggest win was watching SO many of you commit to yourselves all summer long. Through vacations, busy schedules, travel and all the fun that comes with summer, you kept making time to move with us.

We loved seeing those Challenge cards fill up month after month and watching you cheer each other on along the way. That energy, consistency and support for one another are exactly what make our Centered community so special. 💜

Last week we celebrated 19 YEARS of Centered, and our hearts are still so full. 💜

Sixteen amazing clients joined us for our 19th Birthday Bash, moving through four circuits that represent so much of what we love at Centered: Pilates Mat, Barre, Lagree + Climb.

And because no Centered birthday is complete without a little celebration afterward… Prosecco, cupcakes and Elizabeth’s amazing protein balls! 🥂🧁

19 looked pretty darn good on us.

And you better believe we’re already plotting something BIG for 2-0 next year.

Today we’re celebrating a milestone that is truly no joke. Our incredible Sandy Kinney has officially joined the Centered Millennium Club with her 1,000th class! 🎉

And Sandy’s story with Centered goes WAY back. She’s been with us since the Hale Street days, circa 2013, and she’s been a friend of Amy Teter — SENIOR MASTER TRAINER LAGREE FITNESS + Studio Owner since the late ’90s. To have someone you’ve known for so many years continue to choose Centered as part of her life all these years later means more than we can say.

Through a busy career as an attorney and all the demands of life, Sandy has continued to make movement a priority, regularly taking both Pilates Reformer and Lagree.

And this past year made reaching 1,000 even more meaningful. Sandy underwent a hip replacement in November 2025. As soon as she finished PT, she was back in the Pilates studio, rebuilding thoughtfully and intentionally, and before long she made her way back to Lagree to continue getting stronger.

That’s consistency. That’s resilience. And that’s what 1,000 classes looks like. 💪💜

Sandy, we’re so incredibly proud of you and so grateful that you’ve been part of the Centered story for all these years.

Happy Birthday to our owner and founder, Amy! 🎂

What began 19 years ago was born from one of the hardest chapters of her life. After losing her sister Julie, Amy made a choice: not to stay in the ashes, but to rise from them.

That journey became Centered — a place built on movement, healing, connection, and the belief that we are stronger than we know.

Today, we celebrate the woman who turned her pain into purpose and created a community that has helped so many others rise, too.

Happy Birthday, Amy. We love you and are so grateful you chose to rise. 💜
