This morning, we had the pleasure of hosting our friends from Elevate Spinal Care! They offered complimentary nervous system scans to help assess how stress impacts your nervous system and how effectively your body is adapting and functioning. WATCHING THE COACHES DEMO LIKE…….. 👁️👄👁️ We see some of the best expressions from THE SILENT SCREAMERS 😱(mouth wide open, eyes watering, absolutely zero sound coming out) THE SUPER CHEEZERS 😁 (awkward , accidental smiles because the nervous system is simply overwhelmed from watching task at hand) THE CRAZY EYES (eyes wide open blinking, usually accompanied with a stare right through your soul) and there are so many others! Which one do you think you are!?!

“I started coming to Method in August of 2025 nearly a year into pursuing a healthier lifestyle. I was looking to substantially improve my strength, endurance, and stamina but I struggled a lot with insecurity and anxiety when it came to going to the gym. 🚨NEW TRAINER 🚨 Please welcome our new trainer Coach Gini!!! You can find her coaching 5:30am on Mondays and the afternoon classes on Wednesdays at 4 & 5:15pm! We are thrilled to have her as a part of our Method Team!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. Gini is the Director of Fitness Product for VASA Fitness. She is known for creating cutting-edge programming and introducing approachable, results-driven fitness concepts. She enjoys any opportunity to empower the next generation of fitness professionals and is passionate about furthering their education and expertise to provide opportunities for development and career advancement.
Gini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise & Sport Science and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and was an accomplished Division I and professional basketball player.

I began my career as a Physical Education teacher in Charleston in 2020 while also coaching high school softball. My passion for group fitness coaching and personal training grew through my own weight loss journey, where I developed the desire to help others challenge themselves, build confidence, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. I strive to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.”
