633 Physical Therapy | Physical Therapy | Mt Pleasant, SC has strength training for runners classes on Wednesdays at 7am 💪🏼

We are down to around 50 spots left for our next race--Dirt Dash on September 12th at Johns Island County Park 💥 We'll be back with a group trail run on 9/3 at 645AM at Pine Trace Park so be sure to put that on the calendar and come run some miles before work!

There are group runs around town pretty much every day of the week so grab a friend and go check one out!

We're down to the last 60 some spots and that means 60 some runners are going to be sad they didn't get a shirt😢 and they'll also be emailing me asking me if they can still get a shirt 😝

Here's what's going on in the world of running right here in Charleston this week 😎

We have two BIG things happening this week⬇️

1️⃣ The deadline to register for Dirt Dash AND be guaranteed a tshirt is WEDNESDAY. If you don't register by this date I can not guarantee you'll get a shirt. We order them based on who is signed up by the deadline 👌🏼

2️⃣ Dirt Dash Course Preview on SATURDAY at 830AM at Johns Island County Park! We'll check out part of the course for the race so you'll have an idea of what to expect. The group run is free and open to the public but you'll need to bring $2 for the admission box at the park

There are lots of other fun events and group runs going on this week including 633 Physical Therapy | Physical Therapy | Mt Pleasant, SC ice cream group run on 8/19 🍦
