Let's talk a little bit about which position requires the highest volleyball IQ.

Setter: reads the block, controls the tempo, makes split-second decisions for the entire offense, and leads & communicates every play.

Libero: reads the hitter, anticipates every attack, great defensive positioning, leader of the back row.

Middle Blocker: reads the setter, understands quick tempo and slides, makes fast decisions in blocking and offense, adapts quickly to opponent strategies.

Outside Hitter: reads the block, chooses the right shot, adapts to different shots and situations, handles pressure and game-changing moments.
