There's something really cool about realizing the thing that used to intimidate you isn't that hard anymore.
Getting stronger has done as much for my confidence as anything I've ever done for how my body looks.

I know the temptation after a long weekend is to wake up Tuesday and suddenly decide we're skipping breakfast, cutting carbs and working out every day this week.π
You really don't need to do all that.
Go back to your normal meals, get some movement in, and do the workouts you planned. The faster you stop treating every weekend like something you have to recover from, the easier this gets.
Comment CHALLENGE if you could use some help getting back into a routine.

Something about Labor Day ending makes me want to reorganize my entire life π
You don't have to overhaul everything, but if you've been wanting to get back into a routine, this is as good a time as any.

If your goal is to look noticeably different six months from now, I wouldn't start by making your life revolve around fitness.
I'd make the things that matter most really clear.
Strength train three times a week.
Eat enough protein.
Create an appropriate calorie deficit if fat loss is the goal.
Walk.
Recover.
Then give us enough time to see what your body does before deciding the plan isn't working.
None of this is flashy. Six months of doing it consistently can change a lot.
The Confidence Code 30-Day Reset is built around exactly this: full bloodwork, strength-based training, a plan that fits your real life. Cohort caps at 15 women.

Most of these excuses are based on very real things.
You are busy.
Your work schedule might be completely unpredictable.
Your kids will absolutely wreck a perfectly good plan from time to time.
But those things are probably not going away.
So instead of building your fitness around the life you wish you had, build it around the one you have.

Unfortunately, my research appears to be conclusive. π
