Major came in for his brother. 400 workouts later, he's still here for himself.

Major originally joined TrueAP to support his brother, Dalton. Somewhere along the way, he found his own reasons to stayβ€”the people, the workouts, and an environment he genuinely enjoys being a part of.

And almost quietly in the background of those 400 workouts, Major has lost 85 pounds and gotten into the best shape of his life.

That's what consistency can do. What started as supporting someone else turned into a commitment to himself and a lifestyle he hasn't looked back from.
Congratulations on the True 400 Club, Major. That's one heck of a journey.

Taking care of yourself makes it easier to show up for everyone else.

Craig just reached 150 workouts.

He's a husband, a father, a business owner, and an active adult with plenty of people and responsibilities pulling at his time.

But Craig understands that making his own health and fitness a priority isn't selfish. It's what allows him to bring more energy to his family, his business, and everything else that matters to him.

150 workouts of making the time, putting in the work, and taking care of himself so he can keep showing up for everyone else.

Congratulations on 150, Craig. Keep it going.

The Gladiators showed OUT β€” J. Johnson led the way, taking the top spot in the Fly, Vertical Jump, and overall TrueAP Rating. Y. Shah launched a 116.5” Broad Jump, while M. Dapko posted a 4.49 Pro-Agility to round out the leaders. πŸ”₯

Speed. Explosion. Change of direction. The numbers are on the board β€” now it’s time to put it on display. πŸ“ˆ

You can't measure heart on a performance test. But you can see what it produces.

Greyson is a sports ju**ie. He may not have started as the most naturally gifted athlete in the room, but you'd be hard-pressed to find many kids who bring the heart, effort, and drive that he does.

And his results have been anything but ordinary.

Vertical: 13.5" β†’ 22.1"
Max Vertical: 14.5" β†’ 22.9"
Sprint Speed: 11.0 mph β†’ 14.5 mph
Broad Jump: 63" β†’ 86"
Agility: 6.51 β†’ 5.16

Greyson has worked himself into a completely different athlete, and with that has come a whole new level of confidence.

That's what makes this one special. He didn't wait for natural ability to carry him. He went to work.

Keep competing, Greyson. You've earned every bit of this progress.
