Our 40-minute instructor-led reformer Pilates classes are designed by physiotherapists and are low impact but high intensity. Our safe and effective reformer Pilates will have you feeling more toned, flexible and stronger! Whether you’re an early bird, night owl or you’re partial to a lunchtime workout, Studio Pilates Chanhassen runs classes morning, noon and nights, so you’re guaranteed to find a class that fits with your schedule. We’re sending the biggest goodbye (but definitely not a forever goodbye!) to our girl Sharon Spatz Alexander ! ❤️

This was Sharon’s last day with us before she packs up and heads to Raleigh, NC! While we’re so sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter and all the adventures ahead. 🥹✨

Sharon, thank you for being such a special part of our Studio Pilates community. Your energy, dedication, and presence will be missed more than you know!

And the best part? She’s hoping to join a new Studio Pilates in Raleigh, so this may just be a “see you later.” Raleigh is lucky to have you. ❤️✨
