Pose of the Week: Plank Pose β¨
Plank Pose reminds us that a strong foundation is the key to everything else we do. Build a steady fire from within and find your unwavering center in this foundational posture. To practice Plank Pose, start in a push-up position with wrists directly under your shoulders. Keep your body in one straight line from your head to your heels, engaging your core and glutes by pushing the group away.

Birds of Paradise is a beautiful expression of balance that requires patience to bloom. Rise up from the earth and find your wings, knowing that the view from the top is always worth the effort. To practice Birds of Paradise, start by binding your arm around your back and under one leg. Staying strong and balanced in your grounded leg as you slowly rise. Lifting the bound leg with you as you straighten your spine.
