Kelly is 60 years young and has been practicing Pilates, lifting weights, and taking step classes with us for over a decade! Now, Kelly is working on her Lyra practice!

Often, Kelly will bring a family member or friend to class; the most memorable of her guests being her Granddaughter who, after taking our Pilates RTC class with Kelly for the first time, couldn’t help but exclaim, “You’re one strong Grandma!!!” 😍
