My life is complete with you, Derek_kabat and Addison Kabat ! Can’t ask for anything else in life! Happy birthday to my kids too! Celebrating their 18th and 15th. They are so amazing! Luckiest and most blessed man that I know.

Hey everyone, comp class is still on for Friday night while I’m gone celebrating Coach Ashley’s birthday. Big Thank You to Coach Bill from Santan Jiu jitsu for keeping our comp class running this Friday for me while I’m out of town. Please come in and make him feel welcome. He’s a great competitor, fantastic coach and amazing human for canceling his class to come cover ours. This is what our community is about; together we grow!

Hey Everyone we have had a series of unfortunate events the last few days. Jade has a knee injury that he will be getting images on and resting on Monday and Coach has been admitted to the hospital for observation after experiencing an anaphylactic episode Saturday night. Unfortunately we are down all coaches with me being with Ric so we have no choice but to close Monday. We are very sorry about the inconvenience.

My love, happiest of birthdays to you! I consider myself to be the luckiest man, not only because you’re my wife but because you’re my best friend and I can’t explain how blessed I am! Happy Father’s Day to all the pops out there. Dads, stepdads, guardians, everyone who is a father figure to the next generation. We appreciate you all.

5 years - So many changes in my life over the last five years. From bigger spaces, to bigger classes, to bigger home to bigger family. I’m truly blessed with everything and everyone that has been in my life. Thank you everyone for coming to our celebration of five years. I will always appreciate everyone that made this dream become a reality for me. There are so many things that I could say but all I’ll say to keep it short is “Thank you.” Thank you my friends, thank you to my beautiful wife who has been my rock, and thank you God for blessing me with this wonderful life that I wouldn’t change for the world! Here’s to many more years to doing what I love with the people I consider my family away from family.
