The Saber Wrestling Club

The Saber Wrestling Club page for Saber Club Wrestling . The Saber Youth Wrestling Club is a 7th year club for k-8th grade or ages 6-14 ( as of December 31) .

Our club teaches discipline, sportsmanship, fitness and of course friendship. We are not just a club but a family!

Practices will be Monday,Tuesday, and Thursday.

In June of 1972, Dan Gable was preparing for the Olympic games in Munich. Gable was training 7 days a week, at least 40 hours out of a possible 168- with Gusto. On June 19, 1972, Sports Illustrated, published the article: A kid who doesn’t kid around. "When I'm ready to stop I start wondering what the Russians are doing, and then I keep going," says Gable.
