⚖️ The scale doesn’t tell the whole story.
Have you ever stepped on the scale in the morning, then again later in the day and somehow you’re 3–4 pounds heavier? 😳
That does NOT mean you gained 4 pounds of body fat.
Your weight can fluctuate throughout the day because of:
💧 Water retention
🍽️ Food and fluids in your system
🧂 Sodium intake
🏋️♂️ Exercise
🚽 Digestion
😴 Sleep and stress
Your scale weight is just one data point — not the final verdict on your progress.
Instead of getting caught up in what the scale says today, look at your weight trend over time. Take consistent weigh-ins and pay attention to the average. What matters most is whether that average is gradually trending in the direction of your goal.
📉 Don’t chase the daily number. Watch the trend.
And remember: progress isn’t always reflected by the scale. 💪
