BABBBBBBYYYY I CANT WAIT to receive my Contrology High Chair for personal use and private sessions at The Pilates Experience. I love chair work and this beautiful version is so good to work on posture, stability, balance, more advanced upper and full body movement. Great for clients who struggle with balance and/or lack strength and stability as well. 5-7 weeks est. delivery and I can hardly wait. The Pilates Experience

Ok, y’all need to see my failures sometimes and not just my wins. There are times when when nail things quickly and other times it takes a few tries. In this case I had 3 failed attempts but I was determined to nail it myself bc I knew I could. Good practice matters and not giving up. Enjoy my bloopers.

Not gonna lie, this one is much harder than it looks bc without control, stability or core strength you can hurt yourself especially in extension (or even coming down) and it would look and feel really sloppy/messy. The springs will try to yank you every where except where you’re trying to go so commanding your own body is key. I enjoyed it though. Gonna keep working on this one and finding the perfect range for my body. Man, I love Pilates. All of it, The full system (not some parts of it or only particular pieces of equipment).
