Classes range from signature barre sculpt with light weights, varied resistance, and high reps to intense cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movements. Whether you are looking for a sweat sesh or a shake down, we have the perfect class for you! And to keep your body challenged and your mind intrigued, our classes NEVER repeat.
