XO Size for upper body strength and muscle growth. This is our signature Tuesday workout. It is a resistance based workout focusing on Chest, Back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and core.
12 exercises, broken into 4 circuits. You do 3 laps of 3 exercise circuit. 40 seconds on 20 off and you are encouraged to find failure. 5 minutes of abs to finish. It’s good for you. Give it a crack and give yourself some XO.

We talk a lot about getting better physically. But sometimes the biggest reason to work out is simply to feel better. And studies prove it.

Exercise can be an incredibly powerful tool for our mental health — and doing it alongside other people makes it even better.

That’s a big part of what XO is about.

Come in. Move your body. Challenge yourself. Laugh with people. Switch your brain off for an hour. Leave feeling stronger than when you walked in — physically and mentally.
