Players ages 6U–14U will spend four focused hours at NextGen Athletics with Coaches Jimmy Dobrash, Jordan Medina, and Trevor Clemons. Quality instruction. Purposeful reps. A gym full of young players ready to work.

Every fall the same question shows up in DMs: "which type of lesson should I book for my player?"

Here's the honest answer. Private (30 or 60 minutes) for skill sprints, new athletes and ballplayers that may need that little extra attention.
Small group (3–6) for repeat volume at a way better rate.
Large group training (6–15) when you've got a full squad ready to work. You bring the group, we'll provide the All-Star staff.
