September is right around the corner and with the kids being back in school and your routine being back in full swing it’s time to get your workout back on the schedule as well!!

All September bring a new friend FOR FREE!
All members can bring a friend that is not a member just email us to let us know what class and who and we’ll get them on the schedule.
All friends must create an account on the Pilates Evolution site before hand so we can properly add them to the class.

Can bring multiple friends but limit one free class per guest

Looking to know more about our Lagree sculpt class Sundays at 4:00?

We changed up our typical Lagree class structure to give you a different class experience in studio!

Lagree sculpt takes the slow, controlled Lagree movements you know and love and incorporates weights, resistance bands, and bursts of low impact cardio for a full body workout that builds strength, endurance and stability!

we will offer a Sunday strength class with Amanda Parrott every Sunday at 4:00 pm 💪🏼

This class will be a mix of sculpt with weights off of the machine as well as the Lagree you know and love on the machine!!
