Force Praxeum is a USAW registered club coached by Erika Talbott, a national level coach. We welcome all levels of Olympic lifters from the novice wanting to improve their base technique to the advanced lifter needing fine tuning. Who would benefit from specialized Olympic lifting training? Kids and Teens wanting to develop strength and explosiveness for their primary sport

Another one of our littles has gotten their license, congrats Connor! And yeah, he's definitely not so little anymore. 🫠

Summer break is starting and we can't wait to work with returning and new kiddos!
Now is the perfect time to give your kids an advantage in their primary sport or help them discover a new one. We have spots available.

And being the overachiever she is, she proceeded to run her first half marathon two days later. Extremely impressive!

5 for 7 explanation: There was an issue with the bar load on her 3rd attempt so the officials offered to let her take a 4th.

This weekend .talbott.jr pretty much singlehandedly build new platforms for the team! Our old platforms, while appearing just fine, were breaking down and causing issues when lifting.

Our plan was to have some fun while throwing weights around on the platform. Teresa is an overachiever so of course that means she not only met that goal but also went 6 for 6 and placed 2nd overall!
