NAIFA members don't embark on their career treks in isolation. For new and young advisors, NAIFA's mentor program provides direct access to other members with various degrees of experience and diversified arrays of expertise. They mentors not by virtue of being seasoned NAIFA members. Rather, they are mentors via intentionality. They purposefully offer their time and knowledge as officially designated mentors because they care about paying it forward to the next generation of financial professionals and contributing to the uplifting of the profession as a whole.
