Bubbles are serious business in Bugs class đŤ§đ¤
While our littlest gymnasts watch, track, reach, kick, and try to grab those bubbles, theyâre working on visual tracking, coordination, body awareness, and motor skills⌠all through PLAY.
Because at 4â10 months old, the simplest activities can support some pretty big development!

We are the premiere enrichment & physical development center for kids 4 months
through 12 years.
At The Little Gym of Castle Rock, CO we believe in developing the whole child from a young age - building a strong body, brain, and character. Our instructors will guide your child's physical, emotional, and social development helping them grow into strong, confident, independent people.
NEW: Tummy Timers!
Those first few months are full of so much growth â and weâre here to support you through them. đ
Tummy Timers is designed for newborns through 4 months and gives babies a safe, playful space to build strength, explore their senses, and support early development â while giving parents support and connection, too.
During this 10-week class, weâll focus on:
⨠Guided tummy time + sensory play
⨠Early motor, social & emotional development
⨠Milestones, sleep & soothing techniques
⨠Building confidence as you get to know your new baby
⨠Connecting with other parents in the same season
And because apparently babies donât come with an instruction manual đ, classes are taught by Miss Mikaela, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, who can help answer questions and support you through those very early months.

Theyâre having fun.
Weâre building confidence.
Come see the difference for yourself!
5 things people donât realize make their child struggle in group settings:
1. Not practicing listening + following directions in a group
2. Limited opportunities to take turns and wait
3. Not being exposed to structured routines
4. Avoiding new or slightly challenging situations
5. Always having a parent step in right away
These arenât âbad behaviorsâ⌠theyâre just skills that havenât been built yet.
And most of these donât get practiced enough in everyday life.
Thatâs where our program comes in.
Every class is intentionally designed to help kids learn how to be part of a groupâthrough structure, repetition, and play.
Theyâre learning how to listen, take turns, try new things, and build confidence⌠all in an environment that feels fun, safe, and encouraging.
So while it might look like theyâre âjust playingâ⌠theyâre actually building skills that show up at home, at school, and everywhere in between.
Thatâs the difference đ
