Ninja Intensity is Castle Rock's premier ninja warrior gym. Our ninja warrior gym is home to all the obstacles you've come to love on American Ninja Warrior. You can sign up for one of our classes that teaches parkour, obstacle course training, or stop into one of our evening open gyms. Happy 4th of July!

Ninja Intensity will be closed Friday, July 3rd, and Saturday, July 4th as we celebrate Independence Day with our friends and families.

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary—250 years of freedom, courage, and opportunity. We hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday weekend!

We’ll be back with Open Gym on Sunday, July 5th at 6:00 PM. We can’t wait to see everyone back in the gym!
