Ninja Intensity is Castle Rock's premier ninja warrior gym. Our ninja warrior gym is home to all the obstacles you've come to love on American Ninja Warrior. You can sign up for one of our classes that teaches parkour, obstacle course training, or stop into one of our evening open gyms. Our expert coaches help reinforce knowledge of obstacles and movements that compliment your ninja training! Ninj

TEAM NINJA INTENSITY TRYOUTS – THIS SUNDAY!
Think you have what it takes to be part of Team Ninja Intensity?
Join us THIS SUNDAY at 10:00 AM for Team Tryouts! This is your chance to show your skills, determination, and work ethic as we build our competitive team for the upcoming season.
Whether your goal is to compete locally or on the national stage, we’re looking for athletes who are ready to train hard, support their teammates, and continue growing as ninjas.
We are having a Beginner competition at Ninja Intensity August 15th! Perfect way to prep for the upcoming Colorado Ninja League season.
We will also be hosting the kickoff for CNL at Ninja Intensity on Sept 12 & 13.
