Here we go! Our new schedule in DTC is slowly starting to come out and this week we welcome Megan at 10:30am Hatha & Restorative flow 75 min and Ketna is finally back in studio at 11:45!
Mona is moving her firey and amazing Vinyasa and Core L2 class to DTC in October and Brooke joins us starting next week for Myofascia release and flow. Yeah…you need to schedule your classes now!

This is a once in a lifetime chance to learn from Kamini Desai. 2 weekends in September...66 CE credits for Yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance...
This practice has changed my life. It's something I wish I had done in person the first time, but the pandemic offered me the option to do it online and I wouldn't trade it for any other training.
Kamini is a wealth of knowledge and the kindest human. You should grab your spot.
We will be hosting this in at our DTC location, just off of Belleview and 1-25. Carpool options available for Castle Rock peeps if you don't want to do the drive alone!
