HOW is August almost over?! 😭💕

This month has flown by, and we’ve packed it full of so much fun, movement, and connection!

🏃‍♀️ Run Club is off to an AMAZING start! Our 14 moms are officially training for the Hot Chocolate Run, showing up for themselves, supporting one another, and cheering each other on every step of the way. We’re SO proud of them!

📚 Book Club is coming up! Grab the details in our Facebook group and come hang with us.

🎉 Mega Class — August 28th! We’re celebrating 25 years of FIT4MOM with a throwback to 2001! Get ready to sweat, laugh, and bring your best early-2000s vibes. 👟✨

💕 And Moms Night In was SO much fun! A huge thank you to Paige for hosting and creating such a fun night for our village!

It’s the perfect time to get back into a routine that fills YOU up, too.

Join us at the park for your workout, bring the kids along, and stay for Playgroup Fridays. Or come hang with us at one of our mom-only classes and get that time to move, breathe, sweat, and reconnect with yourself.

A new month means new opportunities to move, connect, and spend time with your FIT4MOM village! 💙

We’re kicking off August with our regular class schedule, so whether you’re joining us for your favorite workout or trying a class for the first time, we can’t wait to see you!

Don’t forget to join us for Friday Playgroup after class — the perfect chance for the kids to play and moms to connect. ☀️

Let’s make this month one filled with movement, friendship, and memories. We’ll see you in class! 💪💙

How is it already the end of July?! Summer has flown by, and we can't believe we're heading into our final week of Camp FIT4MOM!

The last 7 weeks have been filled with so many fun memories — themed workouts, playgroups, field trips, new friendships, and lots of laughs with our village. 💙 We hope your family has loved it as much as we have!

We're ending camp with one last themed class:

Grab your favorite jersey, team colors, or represent your favorite sport and join us for a fun-filled workout!

And we’ll finish the week with one of our favorite traditions… FIT4MOM Night at the Rockies Game! ⚾

Can you believe July is already flying by? We’re soaking up every minute of summer with our amazing village — and there is still so much fun ahead!

🦁 Animal Kingdom Week at CAMP FIT4MOM!
We’re heading into the final two weeks of camp, so don’t miss the themed workouts, adventures, and memories we’re creating together. Be sure to check the events calendar for all the details, including this week’s field trip on Thursday! 🚌✨

🤸‍♀️ Join us after class on Friday for Playgroup — because the friendships we build after the workout are just as important as the workout itself. Grab a coffee, bring the kiddos, and stay awhile!

🏃‍♀️ Run Club is back! We’re training together for the Hot Chocolate Run, and you get to choose your distance. Whether you’re brand new to running or working toward a new goal, we’d love to have you join us!

🤰 Know an expecting mama? FIT4BABY returns in September! Help us spread the word and invite a mom-to-be to join a community that supports her through pregnancy and beyond.

🚨 Monday Night Body Ignite: Leave the workout clothes at home! Join us for Wear Anything BUT Workout Clothes night! Pull out your prom dress, favorite costume, pajamas, or anything that makes you smile. Come ready to sweat, laugh, and maybe win our Best Dressed prize! 🎉

🦸 Camp FIT4MOM Superhero Training Week: Grab your capes, masks, and superhero gear and join us for themed classes, superhero playgroup fun, and our LEGO Movie field trip! Your mission: show up, have fun, and make memories with your FIT4MOM village.

📚🍹 MuMus & Margs Book Club is back! Join us July 18th for a fun moms’ night out at Baylee’s house. Wear your brightest muumuu, sip some margaritas, and enjoy an evening of laughter, connection, and conversation with your fellow FIT4MOM mamas.

Have you had the chance to take class with Kristen yet? 💙

Kristen loves teaching because she gets to be part of a mom's village, creating a space where moms can laugh, connect, and know they never have to do motherhood alone. Whether she's leading Fun4Baby, cheering you through a workout, or celebrating your wins, she's always ready with a smile and an encouraging word.

When she's not at FIT4MOM, you'll find her cooking, sipping a chai latte, enjoying a solo meal at Red Robin, spending time with her daughter, or playing the guitar and piano. 🎶 And fun fact... she's deadlifted 225 pounds! 💪
