Joe and Erin Maronick are a quintessential power couple at CFCR. They’ve been around for quite some time and sometimes even show up matching! 😜 Here’s what Erin has to say about her experience at CFCR:

“I’ve always loved what CrossFit has given me.

It keeps me humble. It keeps me strong. It reminds me that I can do hard things.

One of the things I appreciate most is that it’s adaptable. I can be as competitive as I want to be (these days, not so much!), or I can modify workouts to meet me where I am.

But more than anything, CrossFit has brought an incredible community into our lives. So many of the friendships Joe and I have made here in Castle Rock started at the gym, and those relationships have enriched our lives in ways I never expected.

Grateful for the workouts, but even more grateful for the people. 🤍💪🏻”

Meet Easton, a member of our community who is taking an exciting next step toward a career in law enforcement. Easton was recently accepted to the police academy, an incredible accomplishment that marks the beginning of a new chapter!

The police academy will bring new challenges, opportunities to learn, and plenty of hard work— but we know Easton is ready to rise to the occasion. His acceptance is worth celebrating and we are so proud to continue to cheer him on as he chases his career goals! 💪💥

We want to take a minute today to recognize Sydney Idris, who graduated from dental school back in May with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)! She completed this additional 4 years of school post-undergrad at CU Anschutz School of Medicine, which takes some serious dedication and determination! Sydney is now working as a general dentist at Willow Creek Dental in Lone Tree and crushing it there as well as in the gym! Great job, Sydney! We are all so proud of you!
