If you were approved media for last year, you do not need to apply! Keep an eye out for an email from us for the upcoming event.

Please note we have very limited space for media passes and all applications will be considered, but not everyone can be selected! If you are not selected you of course are welcome to shoot from the paddock as much as you desire!

A media pass is ONLY required to shoot photography or video outside the paddock area (eg. the track and corners)

The media team is looking for PROFESSIONAL portfolios. The information you provide is what will be considered, and nothing more. We want to see prior media coverage at race tracks, inside the track specifically.

Same as last year, media will be required to provide a copy of their general liability insurance policy. Similar to events like 24 Hours of Daytona utilize.

SEPTEMBER 27th

If you’re into motorsports and want to show off your ride in the paddock, we will be hosting our own Cars and Coffee at Podium Club in Casa Grande. Coffee from XLR8 Coffee and bagels from Bagel House will be available for purchase. FREE to attend, and FREE to vendors wanting to come out! This will be a hot track so you’ll have the opportunity to see cars turning laps and hearing them rip down the front straight.

Driving slots are limited and must be qualified through a club organization. Drivers/Vendors Email [email protected] to register.
