The Wissota 100 is in the books!

Laela started 19th, worked her way into the top 10 but after 50 laps finished in 17th in a 33 car field.

Amelia started 22nd, passed up to 12th and finished 19th in the end.

The week started with 42 Wissota late models, the best in our region.. we made the big show, we hung with the best around, had great finishes all week and we had an absolute blast!!

Thanks to our crew Cody, Cade, Loki, Uncle Donny and Chris Simpson. We had fast race cars all weekend!

We are LOCKED IN for the big dance for the Wissota 100! Our goal for the week was to be racing in the A main on Saturday and we achieved that this afternoon.

In the rescheduled program from last night, both girls started the race strong and were running in the top 8. Laela raced for 4th, 5th, and 6th for the first 30 laps up until the last caution. Amelia was up to 7th. Towards the end of the race, both girls started to fade which is something they are really working towards improving in these longer races. They learned a lot in the closing stages of the race and are taking notes for Saturday.
