We had a blast at our first practice of the ‘26-‘27 season on Thursday! We played some games to get to know our new teammates and set goals for the upcoming season! Get excited for more fun to come!

Our mentor program is a valuable part of building our team values of character, leadership, and wisdom. Last night, we had our 2026 mentor training, where we participated in team-building games, reflected on past experiences in mentoring, and shared and listened to advice from coaches, alumni (shoutout Kayla and Charlee!), and peers. We can’t wait to see how our mentors grow and make an impact this year, starting at our first practice tomorrow!

Once a Skip-lt, always a Skip-It! We loved seeing so many of our college aged teammates this summer, but now they’re back at school and into their first few weeks of classes.

Family Night was the perfect way to wrap up our Fall Clinic! ❤️🖤

Tonight was all about celebrating our campers and the fun we’ve had together and skills they’ve learned throughout the clinic. We loved watching everyone jump, learn, challenge themselves, and even get their families in on the action!

We’re so grateful for everyone who came out and made this clinic so much fun. We loved watching our campers learn, grow, and jump their hearts out!

Next stop… TRYOUTS! 🎉

For more than 33 years, we’ve had the privilege of leading jump rope teams — which means we’ve had the honor of watching thousands of incredible athletes and dozens of amazing coaches come through our team.

We snapped this picture at our coaches’ dinner last week, celebrating this past year and dreaming a little about the one ahead. (That’s why you see the incredible Coach Sarah at the table!!!)

This year’s coaching staff carried a special kind of magic. Jessie, Will, Audrey, Katie, and Thomas — thank you for the energy, commitment, and heart you poured into this team. Thank you for showing up, week after week, and helping create the kind of environment where athletes can grow not just in skill, but in character, leadership, friendship, and confidence. The impact of great coaches goes far beyond practice, and this team is stronger because of each of you.

And while we are so excited for Thomas as he heads to Baltimore for a new job, and for Katie as she begins her next chapter at Cornell, it’s the definition of bittersweet. We’re proud of you both — and we will miss you more than words can say. ❤️ With love, the Hagers
