The SAS Championship is an official PGA TOUR Champions Tour event that occurs annually at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC. Every October, the legends of golf compete for the SAS Championship crown in Cary. This year's tournament will take place October 10-16,2022. The SAS Championship supports the YMCA of the Triangle and the Y Learning program.

Only a handful of PGA TOUR Champions events have called the same course home for longer, making our return to Prestonwood each October something truly special.

Defending Schwab Cup champion Stewart Cink is once again leading the standings after picking up his fifth win of the yar, with rookie Zach Johnson and Hall of Famer Pádraig Harrington rounding out the top three.
