Focus on the exhale. The inhale will naturally follow.

As a breathwork guide and facilitator, I can’t help but notice our collective struggle to exhale—both in my personal microcosm and our consumer culture.

We are constantly inhaling, taking in everything: ideas, obsessions, dynamics, food, work, problems, grief, memories, grudges, secrets...

We wonder why we're overwhelmed and feel stuck.

We've only been inhaling.

Learning to exhale is your first step to liberation.

In my workshops at Satori Minds, exhaling isn't just about releasing air; it's about letting go of what doesn't serve you to give you relief and ultimately make space for more of you to grow into.
