I'm so stoked to announce that I'm starting to teach again! I will be teaching a new CrossFit class for Silver Strike CrossFit! https://silverstrikecrossfit.com/
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 9am
It will be a fun Crossfit Bootcamp style class and is included in the monthly membership along with all the other great classes Silver Strike offer!
