Alz/Dementia training - pathway to become CDP for the National Council Certified Dementia Practiciors

Medication-assist.com is a special service specifically for the aging population. Our services are geared towards assisting the elderly with medication reminders, nursing visits, assistance with insulin/glucose monitoring, etc. We will normally visit 1, 2 or 3 times per day everyday of the week to assist with medications or other services as requested.
