Attention: Thursday 8/20 - Due to the heat advisory and out of an abundance of caution, all T-ball practices have been canceled for today.

Also, all other outdoor activities have been pushed back to 7:00p.

Due to the Wet Bulb Globe Temp rising above our heat and humidity policy threshold (92), the start of practice for tonight will be delayed until 7:00p. If at that point the WBGT is still above 92, practices will be cancelled,
• If it falls within the 90 – 92 range, practices will be limited to one hour with no equipment and water breaks taking place every 10 minutes.
• If it falls within the 87 – 90 range, it will be helmets only and water breaks every 15 minutes.

Attention: Due to construction on the Purple Field, 10G Softball evals will be held on the Blue Field at 2pm today.

Due to 12G Softball having one team, evaluations for 12G softball have been cancelled. You will get a call from the coach next week with more info.

Due to a cut fiber line in the area, internet and phone services are currently down at the Carroll County Recreation Department.

We will provide updates as soon as we receive more information and service has been restored.

As our Fall sports season gets ready to kick off, we are still in need of volunteer coaches for several of our recreation programs!

Currently Needing Coaches For:

🏈 8U Flag Football – Need 3 Coaches
🏈 10U Tackle Football – Need 1 Coach
🏐 10U Volleyball – Need 1 Coach
🏐 12U Volleyball – Need 1 Coach
🥎 10U Softball – Need 1 Coach
🥎 12U Softball – Need 1 Coach
⚾ 12U Baseball – Need 1 Coach
⚽ 4U Boys Soccer – Need 3 Coaches
⚽ 6U Boys Soccer – Need 4 Coaches
⚽ 8U Coed Soccer – Need 5 Coaches

If you—or someone you know—would be willing to volunteer your time to coach one of these teams, we'd love to hear from you. Volunteer coaches are essential to making our youth sports programs possible and providing a fun, positive experience for our young athletes.
