Happy Birthday!
We will be closed next Friday, Saturday and that following Monday for Labor Day Weekend.
Belt Testing will be tonight at 6:30 pm. Be sure to wear your full uniform.
We will still be having JRs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at 4:45 pm and just as a reminder: Everyone is invited!

Tonight is the last for Adult BBC's Throws & Takedowns! Come in and test out your throwing abilities against other students in an epic Throwdown! Next month is Escrima.
Tonight is also Conditioning Class. It will begin at 7:00 pm
Dragon's B Day this week will be Sparring. They will need their sparring equipment.
