At Integrity, however, we try our very best to expand on varying opportunities for our students to learn through more expansive training. All of our higher belt practitioners are encouraged to travel and train with some of the greatest BJJ personalities in the Southeast. This acquired knowledge helps to build a varied, extremely diverse BJJ game, and allows us to keep our minds open! We also offer Cardio Kickboxing and Muay Thai training, taught by professional Thai and MMA athletes. We are not a fight school, so you won't have to worry about the perceived egos, attitudes, and competitiveness that might be present elsewhere. We are a very family oriented, caring place. A place dedicated to supporting its members and helping you obtain your goals. Whether those goals are becoming a BJJ World Champion or losing that stubborn 10 pounds, we are here to help you succeed!
