Reports are coming in... strange entities have been spotted at Chrome Fitness. Students have been reporting mysterious and legendary creatures lurking in the corners of classes. Krampus doing pullups. Loch Ness perfecting the Liquid straddle roll. Slenderman practicing edgework. What are they preparing for? Find out November 6 & 7 at our final showcase of 2026.

Curious about After Dark this month? After Dark is a pole based choreography class that will hel you tap into your sensuality. Choreography varies by month with sexy, sensual, or spicy vibes.

This class is open to students currently enrolled in classes with at least a few months' experience.

Curious about It's A Vibe this month? It's Back It Up, reimagined! It’s a Vibe is a moody choreography class that blends R&B, soul, and pop vibes into expressive movement. Learn a beginner-friendly dance routine while exploring musicality, confidence, and personal style in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

This class is all about feeling the music, not perfection. Props like hats, scarves, or a chair may sometimes be used to elevate the mood — because It's A Vibe.

It's the best of both worlds - Chrome Con & Elasti-Chrome all in one mega class. This 75 minute session will combine lifting and stretching exercises targeted to what pole dancers need most. Each week will focus on specific muscle groups for optimal results. This class is hosted at our Chrome Fitness location.

This class is open to all students, no experience required.
