It's very healthy and shouldn't be taken so seriously. Check the full schedule out on the website We are mostly outside these days. Dima prefers to teach indoors. Victor's 6am are inside with as much heat as we can manage. If it is freezing or raining we will be inside.

Greg swam with sea lions on his trip. I wouldn’t do it because I heard they bite like dogs. Good showing for Jen’s 10:30 Gentle this morning 💚lots of chatting before she got here
