On August 24, 2024, Chase Johnson, a well respected and K1 RaceGear athlete faced a life-altering moment during the Gold Cup Race of Champions with High Limit Series at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, CA. On this particular night, he was battling forward through the field when everything changed in an instant and his car crashed. Chase suffered severe back and neck injuries, and has a long road of recovery ahead of him. Chase is a dear friend and supporter of K1, and we are sharing his Go-Fund Me in hopes to boost the support that we are able to give back to Chase and the Johnson family during this difficult time.
