BOLLYWAVE GARBA DANCE CLASS SERIES for ADULTS on 9/30 and 10/14 at Loud Dance Fitness Studio! Come learn Garba steps and short choreography (signature follow along dancefit routine is included). You do not need to attend both classes! After the series we will go on a field trip to North County Gujarati Garba on 10/17.

Our 2nd MAMA&ME class is this Sunday 9/20 at 11am at VibrantLife Yoga in Sorrento Valley! Sign up link is in our bio. Join us for a 30 minute gentle pilates and dancefit pre/postnatal safe workout followed by time to socialize.

BOLLYWAVE KIDS is officially at Loud Dance Fitness Studio next Thursday 9/17 at 6pm! Exactly in one week! No experience necessary: Kids will learn basics of Indian dance styles such as Bollywood, Bhangra, and Garba along with beginner dance skills. *Sign up link is in bio and only 1 sign up per child is required - 1 parent can attend and watch* limited spots 🎟

This is a pop up class and will convert into a series, so sign up if you can attend or DM us to stay informed.

Mama&Mini at on Sunday July 26th at 4pm! A fusion of mat pilates and dance fitness. It's a fun way to workout while enjoying light movement with your baby or mini (toddlers and kids welcome). Your baby is used as a gentle, playful added weight!

Expect upbeat tunes, fel-good dance moves, light fitness flow and of course lots of baby giggles!

San Diego's only Mama&Mini Bollywood style dancefit class for moms and their babies, toddlers, and older kids 🤰🏽🤱🧒 This class is prenatal and postpartum safe (yes expecting moms can come too!). Join us on Saturday 7/18 at 11am at Westview Park (in front of Casa Mira View apartments) with your baby in a carrier, in your arms, or on a blanket. Toddlers who walk and older kids are free to play nearby or join in the class.
