Dk Promotion LLC and the Abingdon Community Festival present:
October-Xross
Saturday, October 3rd
Gates open at 4 pm for spectators
Races start at 6:30 pm
$20 per person to enter
Must sign a waiver to enter the grounds

Riders: All classes, Kelly MX School information and practice information can be found on our website at www.abingdoncommunityfestival.com

It's going to be a great event!
Food vendors will be on site all day Saturday! Pro Motorsports will also be set up in the Merchant's Building with trailers full of gear and swag!

As we are quickly approaching our next 2 races. Let’s talk about more bang for your buck. Dk promotions is continuing to update and improve our product. We now have trackside so no more hand written results and entry’s. And as always we have our starting gates no rubber band starts with this program. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next races one at Midwest motorcross September 27th and then a completely new venue at the abingdon fairgrounds we are calling Octobercross on October 3rd . Flyers with information for both races will be released soon.

Just a little update we have races coming up at the end of September at Midwest Motocross Club Inc. and I just left a very productive meeting with the Abingdon Community Festival board and we are full steam ahead at bringing you the first ever arena cross race we are calling October cross at the abingdon festival grounds details with more information coming soon

Yesterday, I had to drop disappointing news on our race in May. Today, we get to drop exciting news. Mark your calendars, October 3. Under the lights, we will be hosting the first-ever arena cross race at the Abingdon Community Festival Grounds. We will have a Kelly MX Moto school training, then an open practice in the afternoon. This race will be the SX race for the Galdiator Series with Midwest Motocross Club Inc. More details and classes will follow in the coming months.

Unfortunately we had to pull the plug on the race at the end of may. Brad and I have been trying to figure out a way to pull it off but realized that we could not put on the quality show you riders deserve. With that been said we are full steam ahead for the fall race we can’t wait to show off the rebuilt scoring tower and sing up building the old sign up building will be a concession stand. Also the fall race we have big plans Friday- Saturday Kelly MX Moto school, doge ball tournament, whip contest, haunted trail to kick off the holloween season. You won’t want to miss this one. Also I am still working on some other events might even release the date after the meeting tonight with a festival committee stayed tuned.

Itsss race day LFG see y’all at Galesburg Motorcycle Club today, best of luck to everyone and especially ALL our Kelly MX Moto riders 🔥💪🏼🏁😎🤟🏼🇺🇸⚔️ (little cold out, come find US as we have new beanies and sweatshirts available for sale!!) who’s all going let’s hear it, FIRST person to find the googles with the Kellymxschool sticker across the lens and brings it to us, will WIN….. guess you will just have to play to see what you can win, let’s go!!
