Metro South Gymnastics Academy We're dedicated to inspiring minds while building muscles with smiles and sweat at MSGA, through gymnastics.

MSGA was founded to offer a positive, safe and fun environment for children of varying abilities to not just grow athletically, but also to develop character and emotional strength. While our students love to learn gymnastics, parkour, tumbling and the like (and we love to teach them in those areas!), we equally value and cherish the opportunity to develop well-rounded kids who will become positive, contributing members of society, doing so through our programs. It excites us to see kids imagine the possibilities (doing a cartwheel, clearing the obstacle, conquer the slack line, etc.), believe they can do it, and achieve their goals, while all the along they're learning how to work with their peers, listen to feedback, follow directions, take the lead, persevere, and so much more. If all we had was a napkin, pen and ten seconds to write down why we exist, here's what we'd write...

Celebrate your child’s big day with 90 minutes of action-packed fun at MSGA! Choose from an Open Gym Party, Open Gym + Obstacle Course, or Obstacle Course + Games. Our party attendants help keep everything organized so you can relax and enjoy the celebration too!

Weekend openings are available, but dates can fill quickly. Parties start at $410 for up to 15 children.

Join us for a Spy Mission Gym Jam on Monday, September 21st! Kids will spend the day moving, playing, and putting their secret-agent skills to the test with gymnastics, spy-themed games, activities, and more!
