Working with Princeton Tigers Football TE Asher Weiner on split flow and GY Counter out of a sniffer position.

🔴 drive violently off backside leg to promote driving properly to your angle on open pulls
🔴 move through tour angle with a sense of urgency
🔴 gather yourself prior to POA to ensure you don’t come in out of control
🔴 work inside out on the defender with low pad level
🔴 Pull Left hit lLeft Shoulder, Pull Right hit Right Shoulder
🔴 be prepared to work up field and find your next knockdown block

We really enjoyed hosting the Annual Georgia Police and Fire Games Bench Press and Power Lifting competition this year at Velocity. It was a great pleasure and honor having the men and women who put their lives on the line for our communities across the state of Georgia in my gym to compete. Not only are these individuals fierce competitors they are amazing individuals. Thanks to Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce And Cherokee Parks and Rec for inviting us to be a part of this great event!
