Celebrate 250 Years of Independence
July 4th At-Home Bodyweight Challenge
Honor America’s 250th birthday with 250 total reps. No equipment needed—just grit, determination, and a little patriotic spirit!
🇺🇸 Complete the Following:
* 50 Jumping Jacks
* 40 Walking Lunges (20 each leg)
* 30 Pike Push-Ups (modify to incline or knees if needed)
* 30 Skater Hops (15 each side)
* 25 Superman Raises
* 25 Bicycle Crunches (total)
* 20 Bear Crawl Steps Forward + 20 Backward Steps (40 total steps)
* 15 Plank Up-Downs
* 15 Glute Bridge Marches (alternating legs)
Total = 250 Reps
🎇 Bonus Freedom Challenge
After finishing the 250 reps, complete:
2 minutes: Alternate
* 20 seconds Fast Feet
* 20 seconds Rest
Repeat until the 2 minutes are complete.

25-Minute Independence Day Eve AMRAP
Theme: Celebrate freedom by moving! Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes with great form. No equipment needed.
🇺🇸 AMRAP (25 Minutes)
25 Squats 🇺🇸
Build strong legs for the long weekend.
17 Push-Ups ❤️
One rep for each stripe on the American flag.
7 Burpees ⭐
Honor the stars—go all out!
25 Alternating Reverse Lunges (total)
17 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
7 V-Ups (or Crunches if needed)
25 High Knees (each leg)
17 Plank Shoulder Taps (each side)
7 Jump Squats (or Air Squats for low impact)
🇺🇸 Finish Strong
If time remains after completing a round, keep going! Challenge yourself to finish 3-5 rounds in 25 minutes.
🎆 Freedom Finisher (Last Minute)
For the final 60 seconds, choose one:
* Max Burpees
* Max Push-Ups
* Forearm Plank Hold
