It was a FULL soccer weekend!

We kicked things off with our first weekend of ADP (Advanced Development Program) tryouts, welcoming 80+ talented players to the field.

We wrapped up Saturday with Junior Referee + Referee Training, making sure our refs are ready to hit the ground running for the season! 🟨🟥

Another great night on the fields! We’re loving the energy and excitement we’re seeing from our players and coaches.

Congratulations to Coach Amanda Messenger, ECSC Director of Youth Development, on completing her U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching License!

The U.S. Soccer Grassroots pathway focuses on creating player-centered, age-appropriate environments where young athletes can develop their technical skills, decision-making, confidence, and most importantly, their love of the game.

For ECSC, continued coaching education like this helps us strengthen our curriculum, better support our volunteer coaches, and provide our youngest players with a more consistent and developmentally appropriate soccer experience.

We’re proud to have Coach Amanda continuing to invest in her education and bring that knowledge back to our players and coaches!

Next up: the USSF “D” License!
