Unfurl’s signature mat spray recipe as requested from clients!

Here is the recipe!

1/4 cup cleaning vinegar
1/4 cup witch hazel
filled with water
One dropper full of eucalyptus essential oil
One dropper full of tea tree essential oil
One dropper full of peppermint oil

Shake and spray!

this is what our clients love so much smelling clean fresh props, and using a nontoxic spray to cleanse their Mat before and after practice.

Welcome Sara Bennett to the Unfurl teaching team!

We are so excited to welcome one of our very own Pilates Sculpt teacher training graduates, Sara Bennett, to the weekly Unfurl schedule!

Sara will be bringing her energy to Pilates Sculpt every Saturday at 8:15am, starting this weekend!

Sara is a longtime yoga student, Pilates Sculpt teacher, dancer, mom, and lover of all things vintage clothing. She brings such a fun, grounded energy to movement, and we’ve loved watching her grow through our teacher training and step into this next chapter as an instructor.

Come help us welcome Sara this Saturday and start your weekend with a fun, energizing 45-minute Pilates Sculpt class focused on strength, core, mobility, and feeling good in your body.

A little “see you soon” to our wonderful Bri 🤍

This Saturday at 9:30am, Bri will be teaching her last class before stepping away for maternity leave and preparing to welcome her sweet baby!

We would love to fill the room with familiar faces and Unfurl community as we send her off with so much love. Come move, breathe, and practice with Bri one more time before this beautiful new chapter begins.

Bri, thank you for the warmth, care, and presence you bring to your classes and to our community. We are so grateful for you and everything you’ve shared with Unfurl.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s just see you soon. We can’t wait to welcome you back when the time feels right…and we especially can’t wait for those baby visits at the studio!
