With heavy hearts, we are sad to share that Lake Valley’s July 4 fireworks display and related festivities have been canceled.

Our contracted fireworks provider, A.M. Pyrotechnics, has informed us they are unable to fulfill their obligation to provide this year’s display. With only days remaining before July 4, and with the display already prepaid, Lake Valley is unfortunately unable to secure another fireworks show in time.

This is deeply disappointing for all of us. Lake Valley’s fireworks have been a long-standing community tradition, bringing together members, families, neighbors, and friends from across the Lake area. Each year, hundreds gather in the parking lot, along the course, and throughout the surrounding area to enjoy an evening that has always been about more than fireworks — it has been about community.

We were especially looking forward to celebrating during the 250th anniversary year of the United States, which makes this news even harder to share.

The July 4 golf tournament will still be played as scheduled, but no other July 4 activities or festivities will be held at Lake Valley.

What an incredible weekend of great golf, friendly competition, and even better company.

Congratulations to our 2026 Golf Brawl Champions, Kevin Beard & Mark Elliott! 🏆 They earned the title after an outstanding weekend of golf and an exciting sudden death finish.

The 2025 Champions, Dana Phillips & Neil Atkinson, passed the trophy and champion shirts on to this year’s winners. Also, great to have so many past champions continuing to duke it out.

Congratulations as well to all of our flight winners and everyone who battled it out over the weekend. Check out the leaderboard photos to see how each flight finished!

A huge thank you to every player, volunteers, and the Lake Valley staff who helped make another Golf Brawl a success. We appreciate each of you.
